Position Summary
Are you the kind of person who can spot a misaligned print from a mile away? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork reign supreme? If so, we want YOU to be our Production Print Lead!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain applicable machinery.
- Communicate with other employees and departments in a calm and professional manner.
- Ensure all employees are working safely and following all safety guidelines.
- Prepare substrates for manipulation. This may include cleaning, inspecting for damage, sanding, cutting, etc.
- Read and analyze work orders to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
- Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
- Help unload and store raw materials; clean and maintain storage areas.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary.
- Place service calls when needed.
- Perform finishing tasks such as weeding and counting quantities when needed.
- Recognize file issues and be able to communicate solutions to the Production Supervisor.
- Ensure the achievement of production daily/weekly/monthly quotas.
- Work with, support and/or direct production staff and to meet quotas.
- Provide excellent leadership, mentoring and team building to achieve goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Work cooperatively with visual merchandisers and sales floor staff.
- Manage breaks and lunch hours of production staff.
- Submit lists of needed items to the Production Manager for regular ordering.
- Provide assistance with pickups and sales floor duties when needed.
- Provide topics of discussion for daily meetings.
- Lead daily production team meetings.

- $24 - $26 per hour (depending on level of experience)

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience as a team leader is preferred.
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred.

Physical Demands

Salary : $24 - $26
