Position Summary

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Project Management Office Manager (PMO) to lead our project management initiatives and create a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence. Think of it as being the architect of our project playground—designing the rules, building the tools, and coaching the players to victory.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee the delivery of key PMO services, including planning, financial and resource management, risk and issue management, reporting, governance, and compliance with project management methods.
  • Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation across the organization.
  • Manage the identification, recruitment, development, training, and deployment of P3M resources.
  • Provide Project Managers guidance on possible reassignment of resources as needed to meet organizational priorities.
  • Maintain and improve local P3M standards, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
  • Keep a central repository of project management knowledge, templates, and local practices.
  • Design, implement, train, and maintain P3M tools to streamline project management processes.
  • Manage a centralized repository for key project documentation, including status reports, work plans, proposals, and change requests.
  • Develop user-focused reporting frameworks with clear data visualization, analysis, and insights.
  • Provide actionable reports to senior leaders and sponsors for effective decision-making.
  • Establish governance frameworks with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability that align with corporate practices.
  • Conduct proactive project health checks and reviews to identify issues and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Escalate non-conformance issues appropriately, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Undertake process mapping, workflow optimization, and value-stream mapping to enhance operational efficiencies.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $75,000 - $85,000 per year (depending on level of experience)
  • Comprehensive benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a PMO leadership role or related position.
  • Proven expertise in P3M governance, tools, and standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Certification of PMP (project management professional) equivalent.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
