Compensation

52,000 to $62,000 per year (depending on level of experience)

FASTSIGNS Lancaster & York is looking for someone to join our dynamic team as a Project Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of company projects. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with project managers to facilitate efficient project delivery while upholding customer expectations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be the driving force behind the success of our projects.

The Project Manager is entrusted with document and information distribution, report collation, and communication support. This includes serving as a communication bridge between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all project-related activities are well-documented, and facilitating the timely exchange of crucial information. The Project Manager collaborates closely with project managers to coordinate resources, monitor project timelines, and proactively identify and address potential risks.

Required Education and Experience

Associate’s Degree in Project Management, Business or related field, OR

2-4 years of proven project management experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite or related software.

Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision.

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools).

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift and / or move up to 15 pounds at times.

Regularly required to talk or hear.

Frequently is required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.

Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary : $52,000 - $62,000
