We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about products and services.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.
- Prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with design and production team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus but not required.
