Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team by writing estimates and following up with customers.
- Secure bids from vendors and contractors.
- Schedule installs and communicate status to appropriate parties.
- Provide calendar management support by scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service as needed.
- Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve store processes and enhance productivity.
Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a sales assistant is highly desired.
- Familiarity with sales support duties is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Google G Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail in proofreading tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
