Job Description:

Experience Required:

· 5 years experience with the Atlassian suite including Jira – expert level knowledge of interworking’s, building dashboards, filters, queries, and maintaining project scopes

· 8 years proven experience as a program manager, program leader, or equivalent - preferably with experience in managing complex IT projects, specifically within the manufacturing space

Key Responsibilities:

· Program Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline creation, and risk assessments within the Atlassian Jira suite

· Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with and manage expectations of stakeholders across various departments and levels of company, including executives, IT, engineering, business and other stakeholders. This includes regular reporting on progress, challenges, and risks – in the form of dashboards and presentations

· Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that projects (Features) have the necessary personnel, tools, and budget to succeed. This may involve coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, like Dassault

· Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle. Develop and implement contingency plans as needed

· Requirement Gathering & Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives

· Vendor Management: Manage relationships with Dassault Systèmes and other relevant vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and support

· Implementation & Support: Oversee the implementation of new 3DEXPERIENCE versions and features, identify gaps, support and training to company’s partners as needed

· Supplier Integration: Assist in the onboarding, coordination, and success of integrating suppliers into the 3DX platform

· Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

· Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on program progress, budget, and risks

· Change Management: Manage changes to scope, timeline, and budget effectively, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned

Skills Required:

· PMP or PgMP or CSM, SAFe, certification preferred

· Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change management

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Skills Preferred:

Nice to have & standout qualities:

· Deep understanding of the Dassault Systems

· 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including its various modules and functionalities

· Experience with specific modules (e.g., CATIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA) is highly desirable

Education Required:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent experience
