ONSITE DIRECT HIRE
The IT Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the IT function within the division. This is a hands-on position requiring a strategic leader with a strong technical background and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency. The IT Director will work closely with the CIO and other senior leaders to align IT initiatives with business objectives and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
Experience with multiple ERPs
Experience in Manufacturing
Experience in a multi-company, multi-ERP, private equity portfolio type environment
That is willing to learn how to manage and support Syteline and other ERP systems in our eco system
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and managing IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Experience implementing and supporting ERP systems in a Manufacturing environment is a requirement. Current ERP Environment includes Infor Syteline, Infor Visual, Infor X/A, Epicor, Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business 1, Expandable
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the automotive or fleet management industry is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
