What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Lead position at FastTek Global?
- Lead the job description update project for us to align roles across KS and NV.
- Work across functions with compensation, HR, legal, safety, operations, recruiting, etc. to confirm/update all job descriptions to ensure role description clearly defines job duties, aligns with company career progression goals, outlines physical requirements, and is aligned with all ISO and other compliance requirements.
