**Overview:**
We are seeking a talented Deli/Bakery Manager to oversee our Deli/bakery operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baked goods and experience in kitchen management, food production, and inventory control within the Deli/Bakery.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily deli/bakery operations including production, staffing, and customer service
- Ensure high-quality baked goods deli products are produced in a timely manner
- Supervise bakery and deli staff, conduct training, and oversee scheduling
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement and maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in kitchen management in the Deli and Bakery
- Strong knowledge of bakery and deli operations including bread, pastry, and cake production and deli department operations including cooking
- Ability to conduct interviews, hire, and train bakery staff
- Proficiency in inventory control to minimize waste and optimize product availability
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of cathering and large order calculations is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
