What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host position at Fat Cam's at Garver Lake?
***Restaurant (Front of House) experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries; excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Manage waitlist during peak hours and ensure timely seating
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns or requests
-Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner
-Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest relations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, particularly TOAST
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
