Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at Fat Daddy's andTreehouse Bar. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Your ability to be flexible, creative and work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude will contribute significantly to our growth and establishment's ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking drink orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Provide excellent hospitality by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Skills
- Experience in food service or bartending, particularly in banquet settings or nightclubs is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point of sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance customer interactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine desire to help others and create enjoyable experiences for guests.
