Host - Nights/Weekend

PURPOSE: Responsible to be the first point of contact for our patrons and is considered the Ambassador for providing a welcoming experience. The Host/Hostess will seat our guests and introduce the Server and/or Bartender and work collaboratively with staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service

• Greet and seat quests in a timely, welcoming, and friendly manner
• Inquire about the number of guests in each party and seat accordingly in a fair manner
• Speak with patrons to ensure a satisfactory experience
• Resolve patron concerns or issues
• Wish farewells to exiting guests

Daily Operations

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls appropriately
• Inspect service areas and work with server and bartender to maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Operate registers

Safety

• Attend all required Safety Trainings
• Exceed Safety standards during daily operations

Other Duties

• Collaborate with Bartenders and Servers to work together as a team, and help where needed.
