What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host - Nights/Weekend position at Fat Head's Brewery?
PURPOSE: Responsible to be the first point of contact for our patrons and is considered the Ambassador for providing a welcoming experience. The Host/Hostess will seat our guests and introduce the Server and/or Bartender and work collaboratively with staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service
- Greet and seat quests in a timely, welcoming, and friendly manner
- Inquire about the number of guests in each party and seat accordingly in a fair manner
- Speak with patrons to ensure a satisfactory experience
- Resolve patron concerns or issues
- Wish farewells to exiting guests
Daily Operations
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls appropriately
- Inspect service areas and work with server and bartender to maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Operate registers
Safety
- Attend all required Safety Trainings
- Exceed Safety standards during daily operations
Other Duties
- Collaborate with Bartenders and Servers to work together as a team, and help where needed.
