Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Assist in the meal preparation process for other menu items as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely, including knives and pizza ovens.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and special requests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Experience in fine dining or high-quality meal preparation is a plus.
