What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Fat Pat's Bar & Grill (Ballgame LLC)?
FOH Team Member responsible for uplifting the customer dining experience who possesses patience, pleasant personality, politeness and perseverance. Some responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties, collecting the bill as well as removing used tableware between courses, clean and reset tables after guests leave.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English

- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Must have Open Availability (AM & PM) and be able to work on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
Restaurant industry experience preferred.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Fast-paced restaurant and bar environment
High School or GED preferred
