What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Fat Pat's Bar & Grill (Ballgame LLC)?
Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Depending BOH Team Member works in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate with all team members. Team members strive to improve and thrive off constructive criticism.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation anf food handling procedures
- Must have Open Availability (AM & PM) and be able to work on weekdays, weekends and some holidays
BOH experience preferred.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Fast-paced restaurant and bar environment
High school or GED preferred
