What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/To-Go position at Fat Pat's Bar & Grill (Ballgame LLC)?
FOH Team Member responsible for uplifting the customer dining experience who possesses patience, pleasant personality, politeness and perseverance. Some responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties, collecting the bill as well as efficiently and timely seating of guests to a table that best services their wishes. Will also help with To-Go.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Must have Open Availability (AM & PM) and be able to work on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
Restaurant industry experience preferred.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Fast-paced restaurant and bar environment
