Fath Properties is seeking candidates to fill a full time Carpenter position.
This position will be working as part of our Rover team and performing work at various properties throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, OH areas.
- Installs and repairs doors, door frames, counter tops and cabinets as necessary.
- Installs and repairs drywall as necessary.
- Prepares general repairs on stairways, balconies and common areas.
- Performs repairs on apartment unit structure as requested by work orders.
- Performs roof and tile repairs as necessary.
- Able to diagnose, repair and resolve carpentry problems in an efficient manner.
- Performs work at all times with a high degree of attention to personal safety of others.
- Coordinates purchases with Director of Maintenance.
- Assists in any other maintenance task, such as turnovers, when necessary.
- Maintains opportunity tools for skill level in accordance with carpenter tool list.
- Completes required paperwork and time sheets as assigned.
- Maintains a neat, professional appearance, wears a clean uniform, and projects a professional demeanor.
- Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
Overtime may be required with prior supervisor approval. On call will be performed at part of group rotation. We reimburse mileage, offer a phone allowance and $250 uniform credit to all new hires. This position is eligible for a$1000 signing bonus!
