What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Crew Leader position at Father Nature Landscapes?

Responsibilities
- Read landscape design | construction plans and lay out a project accordingly
- Sequence the order of operations for each landscape project from its initial demolition to final polishing
- Accurately assess the skills of the crew and delegate tasks accordingly
- Construct various hardscape elements such as retaining walls, patios, and pathways
- Install various softscape elements such as trees, shrubs, and turfgrass
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the management of landscape maintenance work or estimating
- OR a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
- OR an associate's degree in a related field
- Proficiency with landscape construction equipment (i.e., mini-ex, skid steer) and pulling trailers
- Ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other areas of our facilities
- Strength, stamina, and mobility to perform physical work outdoors, especially during hot and cold weather conditions
- Strength, stamina, mobility, and ability to carry 80 pounds
