Expanding our team, we have opportunities to serve with an Enhancement Team (completing projects up to $50,000) or an Installation Crew (projects average $500,000-750,000).

- Power and hand tool operation (saws, tampers, etc.)
- Equipment operation (mini-excavator, mini-skid, etc.)
- Horticultural knowledge of trees, shrubs, and turfgrass, along with techniques for planting them
- Construction knowledge of stone, brick, and pavers, along with techniques for cutting, shaping, and laying them
Responsibilities
- Bring landscape designs to life by constructing hardscape features like walls, patios, paths, fireplaces, and outdoor kitchens
- Enhance outdoor spaces through softscaping with trees, shrubs, groundcovers, and turfgrass
- Operate landscape equipment for grading, construction, and planting
- Construct drainage systems, including French drains and catch basins
- Install irrigation and lighting systems, as required
Requirements
- strength and stamina to carry at least 80 pounds
- ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other aspects of our facilities
- ability to bend, lift, and perform a variety of physical work outdoors and during hot. cold, and rainy weather conditions
- current driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass the pre-employment drug screening and background check
