Fathom Cannabis is currently seeking a full time Packaging Tech Lead to lead our post harvest packaging flower and pre roll line. Candidates will be responsible for following all policy and procedure compliance, packaging orders, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and general housekeeping including sweeping, trash removal and all other warehouse duties as needed.
Core Job Duties
- Package products and prepare for shipment
- Compliance and data entry
- Prepare lists of depleted supplies
- Survey lost or damaged supplies
- Stock materials needed
- Keep accurate records of shipments
- Count and document supplies received
- Weigh and measure various types and measures of different product types and sizes
- Work in manufacturing and filling vape carts.
We have lots of room for promotion, growth and experience. This is a great stepping stone into the cannabis industry and perfect for anyone who wants to set the pace and tone of a packaging line.
Candidates should be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, stand for long periods, bend, push, pull, maintain a valid drivers license, and follow instructions.
Cannabis experience is not required. Top candidates will have warehouse experience and be dependable with an attention to detail.
Part-Time and Full-time. Promotions available.
Must be 21 years or older and possess the ability to pass a Background Check (Marijuana offenses, fine)

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
