Project Manager
Overview:
Seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years' experience providing project management support, specifically supporting Law Enforcement and or DoD experience. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including Subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Location is onsite Washington DC
Security Level Requirements:
Top Secret Clearance. Eligible for SCI
Responsibilities:
- Identify a Program Manager (PM) to serve as the primary interface and Point of Contact (POC) with the CORs and technical points of contact.
- Be responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of all Contractor personnel as well as Subcontractor and teaming partners.
- Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership execution of this call order.
- Institute and maintain industry best practices, standards, processes, and methodologies in overseeing contractor staff to ensure deliverables and services are meeting the Government's requirements.
- Notify the CORs and technical points of contact if it encounters any technical, security, financial, personnel, or general managerial problems throughout the performance.
Required Qualities:
- 7 years of demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in DoD contracting.
- Experience applying project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using project management software
- Experience facilitating projects over $100M
- Experience with Implementing enterprise wide software developments
- Experience with SAF Agile
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field
Security Level Requirements:
Top Secret Clearance. Eligible for SCI
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification preferred.

Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
