We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Real Estate Agents to join our Fathom family! You’ll guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process, providing exceptional service and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to determine property values.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Build and maintain a client database.
- Show properties to potential buyers.
- Advise clients on negotiation strategies.
- Prepare and present offers to clients.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends.
Skills:
- Administrative: Strong organizational skills for managing contracts, paperwork, and files.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate favorable terms for clients.
- Sales: Proficiency in marketing properties and closing deals.
Requirements:
- Active Real Estate License (Required)
