Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial real estate.
- Educate and guide clients through every step of the real estate process.
- Market listings effectively using online platforms, social media, and other tools.
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in your state of operation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
