Summary of Position:

Show up to work on time, with a great attitude. Must be willing to be a team player, and perform various stations in the kitchen. Crew member must focus on food consistency, guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Compensation: Salary

• $13 to $16 per hour based on experience

Workload:

20-39 hours per week

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all food is consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Ensure that all inventory is accounted for by daily audits of all items inside of the kitchen cooler and / or freezer.
• Ensure that all proteins are portioned accurately, and meats are cut to specifications.
• Ensure setup and break down of the line are adhered to for opening and closing procedures.
• Achieve company objectives in quality, appearance of facility, sanitation and cleanliness
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager for shift trade requests
• Always strive to develop in all areas of culinary and professional development. Must be willing to accept “coaching” and “corrective actions” when needed.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.
• Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health and safety requirements of the restaurant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
