Position performs a vital role in providing direct day-to-day support to Chief Pilot in managing Company flight operations.
Job Overview:
Partners with Chief Pilot in the professional and safe operation of Company Hawker 900XP plane.
In conjunction with Chief Pilot, is responsible for ensuring airworthy of Company aircraft.
Performs flight duties in compliance with FAA regulations, aircraft limitations, flight manual procedures and Company flight procedures.
Assists Chief Pilot in researching, updating and maintaining required aircraft maintenance records.
Responsible for assisting Chief Pilot in ensuring plane is properly maintained to support safe and efficient operation.
Assist with aviation expense management and required reporting.
Maintains all flight records and requirements for required licenses, rating and certificates.
Performs role and responsibilities of Chief Pilot in their absence.
Qualifications:
Hold a valid pilot's license with appropriate ratings
Proficient in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
Strong time management skills to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and safety protocols
Hawker 900XP Type Rated HS125
FAA ATP
FAA Second Class Medical

1500 PIC
500 PIC Jet
250 PIC Type
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Primary residence within a reasonable driving distance from Tyler or willingness to relocate to the Tyler area.
