We are looking for an experienced Rental Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the rental process from start to finish, including marketing available properties, conducting viewings, negotiating rental agreements, and collecting rent payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the rental market and excellent customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to take on a challenging role with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee rental operations.
- Ensure that all rental contracts are up to date and in compliance with local laws.
- Develop and implement rental policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of rental activities and payments.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Negotiate rental agreements with tenants.
- Ensure that all units are properly maintained and in good condition.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
