- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and easily accessible
- Assist with data entry tasks, including order entry and updating customer information
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
