Faulkner University is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Head Golf Coach. This position coaches both Men's and Women's Golf Teams. The primary role of this individual is to establish and execute a team philosophy centered on growing young men and women spiritually, physically, intellectually, and professionally. In addition to directing the general operation of the program, the selected candidate provides clear strategies and procedures for the recruitment and retention of student athletes. Faulkner University is an NAIA Division I member, and is competing in the Southern States Athletic Conference. Faulkner University is a Christian university associated with churches of Christ.

Summary Of Duties
- Ensure program compliance with NAIA, SSAC, and University and Athletic Department rules, policies, and procedures
- Oversee yearly budget for program
- Schedule and provide transportation for each competition
- Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions
- Develop and foster positive recruiting relationships with high schools and other institutions
- Collaborate closely with the Athletic Director and the Office of Admissions in setting annual recruitment and scholarship numbers
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience as a head or assistant golf coach, with some experience at the college level preferred
- Ability to work frequent evening and weekend hours, as well as travel
- Active member of the churches of Christ
