Employees should maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor towards guests and co-workers. We are looking for energetic, attentive servers that are committed to providing a high-quality dining experience to our customers. The servers will take orders and serve food and beverages to guests. Always aware of guest satisfaction to deliver the perfect service experience. Tasks need to be completed with a sense of timeliness.
Punctuality and task management is mandatory.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide the perfect service experience for every guest
Ensure the guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant
A friendly, attentive attitude
Checking identification to ensure customers are the proper age to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold
Adhere to timing standards for products and services
Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns
Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
Serve the guest in an accommodating manner
Must know all food liquor, beer, wine and retail offered
Use positive suggestive sales approach to guide guests
Ability to multitask efficiently to manage multiple tables and tasks
Pre-bus tables; maintain table cleanliness, bus tables
Looks for ways to avoid waste and limit costs
Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed
Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures
Report to property on time and in proper uniform
Thoroughly complete opening and closing side-work in a timely manner
Skill Requirements
Basic Math
Ability to handle payments and make correct change
Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
A valid Food Handlers Card
Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description
A passion for providing customers with high-quality service.
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food.
Ability to handle payments and make correct change
Consolidate and coordinate needs for all tables within their station
Work in a team environment
A minimum of one-year experience as a table-side food server
Any related customer service/oriented experience will be considered
Ability to comprehend and communicate in fluent English
Physical Requirements
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to carry up to 35 lbs
Stamina for busy shifts
Availability Requirements
Open Availability on the Weekend
Minimum of 3 shifts a week
