What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at Fauquier Health?
This is an exciting opportunity to join Fauquier Health's team as a Registered Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in ICU, ED, and/or PACU settings. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and current Virginia State RN License is required. Basic Life Support BLS certification is mandatory, while Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are highly desirable.
