Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Overall responsibilities and duties:
The GM Project Manager represents the Seating President and Leadership team.
The GM Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and execute complex, strategic projects, within the Division, by managing project teams, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, while aligning project goals with overall organizational objectives. He/She has a deep understanding of the Division’s footprint, strategy, financial, products and the organization.
The GM Project Manager will also be responsible of some office administrative tasks.
The main missions of the role are:
Support Strategic Planning by developing and implement comprehensive project plans aligned with organizational strategies, identifying key project goals and objectives.
Liaise and keep accountable leadership team, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, buy-in on project direction and qualitative data and deliverables.
Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions by analyzing and consolidating Division’s reports (ie: MBR, QBR, Budget, SP, BG Meetings)
Prepare regular status reports for leadership team, highlighting key achievements and challenges. Document meetings and track open items with the responsible champions to drive to completion (ie: Monitor month closing results, Megalist, Extraordinary costs)
Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
Tracks project expenses, identifying cost variances, and making necessary adjustments to stay within budget constraints.
President support: Manage president division’s deadlines and routines, review and approve spending authorizations (ie: travel, Capex) respecting Corporate policies, ensure office appearances and supplies

Your profile and competencies to succeed
Qualifications:
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Engineering field.
Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in similar role and/or deep knowledge of the organization and it’s requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, capable to Identify and resolve project challenges quickly and effectively.
Excellent organization skills, can manage complex project details, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Analytical skills to identify trends, assess risks, and make informed decisions
Financial background (previous controlling experience preferred)
Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with all levels of management and international and local co-workers
Dynamic and high level of initiative. Capacity to take charge in the absence of detailed instructions
Ability to be attentive to all aspects of the environment while working; to monitor environment during routine activity
Sensitive treatment of confidential information is required
High level of proficiency on Microsoft office, mainly Excel and power point
Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
