Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Position Summary : The role of a Marketing Intern is to provide relevant market and
industry knowledge and data analysis to support strategic product and customer planning.
Marketing intern will also support the team and assist as required.
Responsibilities :
- Follow the current and future market shares (by product, customers...) for Faurecia and competitors
- Prepare monthly reporting to Division and Group levels
- Acquisition Database creation support with CBU, Manufacturing, Engineering for pricing and tooling (RFQ to sourcing) for surrogate data comparison
- Market analysis : product, customer, technologies, competitors, footprints. Identify relevant information, conduct the required analysis (quantitative, qualitative) and present the results / recommendations in a business decision-oriented format
- Work closely with the research and innovation teams to provide market insights for related projects
- Support commercial activities (targets, orders) and analyze impact on sales planning
- Market planning : simulate market positions for each product, customer and geography
- Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
- Capitalizes on knowledge and shares best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site
