Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
Initiate and validate corrective and preventive actions with the suppliers for immediate containment actions
Manage the process audits of existing Bought-Out Parts (BOP) where the parts are the subject of a problem-solving action. Manage supplier’s action
Manage supplier progress plans in co-operation with the plant buyers
Track costs associated with supplier non-conformance and ensure that costs are recovered
Track supplier performance through formal system (QSS, validate) and report supplier status as needed
Perform on-site audits at supplier location as necessary for process and corrective action verification
Establish PPAP requirements and perform PPAP verification for Engineering Changes
Compile lessons learned as related to supplier issues
Comply with and reinforce the Code of Management and Code of Ethics of Faurecia
Any other tasks necessary to ensure supplier quality integrity
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree (US) in Engineering with a specialization in quality or comparable experience
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Quality field of an industrial environment
Skills & Competencies
Results oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a matrixed organization
International mind set, overseas experience a plus
Customer specific requirements (CQMS, CQR, EBSC, eCIMS, EWT, GCS, NCT, PRAS, QNA, webCN, WIS)
