We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive repair and diagnostics, demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. As a Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Conduct repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive problems.
- Align vehicles to manufacturer specifications using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair options.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a mechanic or in automotive repair with a strong background in automotive diagnostics.
- Proficiency in working with hand tools and welding equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive electrical systems and vehicle maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to vehicle systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in automotive service are preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
