Job Summary:
As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client interactions, and assisting with financial planning activities. Your efforts will help ensure that our advisors can focus on delivering top-notch financial strategies and solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calls for financial advisors.
- Prepare and maintain client files and records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and process documents related to financial transactions, account openings, and client requests.
- Client Interaction:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and financial plans.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding tasks and documents.
- Financial Support:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and data entry.
- Help with gathering client information for financial planning and investment strategies.
- Office Management:
- Manage office supplies and ensure that office equipment is in good working condition.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a financial services or administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
