Job Description:
- As a Buyer & Sourcing Expert, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- You will analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions and develop procurement strategies to optimize supplier relationships and minimize costs.
- You will liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery and monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
