About This Role:
Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC)a wholly owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talentedAcquisitions Requirements Manager.Acquisition/Contracting Subject Matter Expert to work with USSTRATCOM J2 to identify all contracting actions and required information related to the execution of task order requirements for a large DIA ID/IQ contract.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Program Management Office (PMO) for a large DIA ID/IQ contract.
- Manage development of task order requirements, development, creation, and execution
- Team with Government stakeholders to document requirements and develop evaluation criteria
- Develop and maintain the procurement forecast of upcoming requirements
- Advise contracting offices and stakeholders conducting proposal evaluations
- Attend stakeholder and vendor meetings, develop financial plans and performance documentation, participate in governance functions, and develop budgeting and forecasting documentation
- Develop supporting documentation, preparing for contract reviews and draft contracting documents
- Support reviewing, revising, publishing, and maintaining contract documentation, and quality checks for stakeholder requirements
The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
- Senior contractor capture/business development experience in Federal Contract Sector
- Experience with the responding to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, Task Orders and Government Solicitations
- Highly skilled reviewing, screening, and answering RFP requirements such as Sections C, L, M
- Involvement in innovative and rapid procurement operations within 60 to 90 days
- Outstanding verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated success with effective coordination with customers and government stakeholders
- Strong technical and proposal experience and writing skills

10 years’ experience with capture or acquisition, or equivalent training and/or experience with a master’s degree or advanced training
