About This Role:
Responsibilities:
- Working with stakeholders to establish and groom Epic, Feature, Capability and User Stories describing outcome-based acceptance criteria using “given/when/then” construct
- Evaluates, documents and tests implementation to ensure all criterion are met, to include UI standards, definition of done, and acceptance criteria
The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience utilizing Atlassian Jira for requirements and change tracking
- Be able to operate independently as well as seamlessly with the team to complete the mission
- Communicate well on all levels to various government and contractor support personnel, Developers, Testers, Engineers, Operations Administrators, Leadership and other Business Analyst
N/AEducation:A bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or 7 years of experience supporting as a business analyst.in leau of degree
Clearance:Must be a U.S. Citizen; Can obtain a Public Trust clearance; and will be subject to a Tier 3 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility only. Candidates who have recently completed T3 investigations are a plus
The “Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Defense Medical Logistics – Enterprise Support applications and support of DoD medical treatment facilities
- Experience working with the Department of Defense’s Shelf-Life Extension Program to include having a working knowledge of the identification, disposition and updating of accountable records in the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) system and/or LogiCole
