About You: You love TikTok, have excellent communication skills, an interest and affinity for working with creators on social commerce, and the ability to understand data. You are also highly organized and capable of managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging written content.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
The Position: Working within our Creator Affiliate Team, you will help us recruit, onboard, communicate and manage creators who are producing shoppable video with our client products.

- What you will be doing:
- Accessing, using and managing the TikTok Shop Creator Affiliate Platform for Favored
- Identifying and reaching out to creators who are interested in working with our client brands
- Reviewing and assessing creator applications
- Managing communication with creators
- Managing creator terms such as commission rates and disclosures
- Setting up creator campaigns
- Monitoring creator content, spotting issues and opportunities
- Develop engaging written content, ensuring clear, persuasive, and audience-friendly messaging
Qualifications:
- A TikTok user who is informed on current trends and features
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- able to connect with creators
- Detail-oriented, organized and able manage tasks and priorities
- BA degree
- Experience with influencer or marketing is a plus
