A long-term care facility located in Green Springs, OH is currently seeking an experienced Charge Nurse – RN / LPN , to join their team! Check out the details below :

Title : Charge Nurse – RN / LPN

Job Type : Direct Hire

Setting : Long-Term Care

Location : Green Springs, OH - MUST COMMUTE

Schedule : Night Shift, 6 : 45pm – 7 : 00am 3 days a week, every other weekend, and holidays

Pay : RNs : $35-$36.50 / hr & LPNs : $27-$28.50 / hr depending on experience plus shift differentials ($2.50 / hr nights & $2.00 / hr weekends) and a $5,000 retention bonus! Full benefits package is offered as well.

JOB SUMMARY :

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
• Meet with your assigned nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the shifts’ services, programs, and activities.
• Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure that the resident’s total regimen of care is maintained.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary.
