The Wellness Educator / Health Coach provides onsite, comprehensive wellbeing and injury prevention services that engage individual employees and the client’s whole employee populations in positive lifestyle initiatives that improve health and wellbeing, lower chronic disease risk, and reduce healthcare costs for the client. - Health Promotion, Education, and Employee Engagement in Wellbeing and Safety Initiatives
- Whole Population and Individual Health and Wellbeing Coaching
- Whole Population and Individual Injury Prevention and Safety Coaching
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree in health sciences or related field required; Bachelor’s or higher preferred
- Strong background in injury prevention
- 2 years prior experience in health/wellness, fitness, coaching
- 1 year prior experience in person-centered fitness, nutrition, or health coaching roles
- Certified Health and Wellness coach or equivalent is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR/SOAP
