A large orthopedic group located in Catonsville, MD is currently seeking an experienced Physicians Executive Assistant to join their team, full-time! Check out the details below :
Title : Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Type : Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting : Healthcare / Medical - Administrative
Location : Catonsville, MD
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay : pay based on experience between $50,000-65,000 plus a full benefits (PTO, paid holidays, retirement with employer match, profit sharing, STD, LTD, health, dental, vision insurance)
The Executive Administrative Assistant will be the sole individual responsible for coordinating administrative affairs of the practice and executive assistance to the CEO. Duties to include :
- Manage CEO’s calendar
- Setup meetings and interviews for CEO
- Answering and screening phone calls for CEO
- Communicate with Physicians, Directors and Staff
- Maintain relationships with vendors
- Supply ordering
- Event and special occasion planning
- Mail sorting and distributing
- Maintain confidential files
- Assist with the credentialing process for physicians and providers as needed
