Location : Great Bend, KS
Schedule : Full-Time, Day-Time hours, 8 or 10 hour shifts available, rotating weeknight, weekend and holiday call
Pay : Based on experience with mid-point starting at $31 / hr. Full benefits package included!
The Ultrasound Technician will be responsible for but may not be limited to :
- Performs clinical assessment and diagnostic sonography examinations, using cognitive sonographic skills to identify, document, and adapt examinations as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and images
- Use independent judgment during the sonographic exam to accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings and communicates findings to the interpreting radiologist
- Explains the sonographic examination being performed and answers any patient questions
- Selects and operates a wide variety of imaging equipment in an efficient and safe manner, coordinates examinations
