We are currently looking for a REO Expense Manager to join our team.
Reporting to VP, REO, this position is responsible for managing the daily operations of REO expenses. This position oversees expense reporting, accounts payable, and receivable and manages a team of REO Expense Specialists. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure REO expenses are processed efficiently and in compliance with client and company standards.
This role assists senior management with researching and reporting invoice submissions, payments, and reimbursements. Additionally, this position completes ongoing quality assurance audits to ensure REO expense transactions and team members are meeting expectations that are aligned with departmental and company objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED) required
- 5 years’ experience in accounting or expense processing
- 2 years’ experience managing people and leading teams is highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes and procedures
- Working knowledge of REO servicing platforms such as Pyramid, Res.Net, Ice Invoice Management and MSP preferred
- Working knowledge of NetSuite or a similar invoicing platform preferred
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
