We are currently looking for a Secondary Marketing Analyst to join our team.
Reporting to the VP, Secondary Marketing, Asset Management, the Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible for administrative functions that support Secondary Marketing. This role will be responsible for collateral/custodian diligence, underwriting diligence, final document delivery diligence, and assisting with internal control measures to prevent future diligence issues. This position is responsible for defect resolution, compliance auditing functions, production support, and service transfer functions.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED)
- 2 years’ of experience in quality control or equivalent mortgage production or operations experience
- Familiarity with mortgage application, processing & closing documents, as well as industry standard legal documents.
- Familiarity with Encompass Software, preferred
- Familiarity with Conventional and Commercial loans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $60,008.00-$67,308.80 annually
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
