We are currently looking for a Senior Field Operations Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the COO, Constructive Renovations, this position is responsible for managing a team of resources who drive the execution of renovation projects in alignment with company standards, timelines, and budgets. This position develops and implements operational strategies, manages field processes, and ensures quality control across all project sites. This role collaborates with senior leadership to drive performance, resolve project and site challenges, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Additionally, this position is responsible for managing vendor relationships, tracking the department budget, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. This position supports business growth by assessing market conditions, scaling field operations, and implementing new processes and technologies to improve project oversight and execution.
Qualifications Include :
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School Diploma / GED)
- 8 years' experience in field operations or construction management, with 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple locations
- 3 years' experience managing people and leading teams
- Proven ability to manage large-scale renovation projects and multi-site field teams
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices
- Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
- Collaborative and consultative work style; high team-orientation
- Effective management skills include talent selection, training, coaching, and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust
