Reporting to the VP of IT Business Analysis, this position collaborates with stakeholders to identify business goals, requirements, and strategic priorities to assist with defining technology initiatives and process improvements. The role identifies system enhancements and process improvements, translating complex business needs into technical deliverables and fostering collaboration between business and technology teams.
This position develops business process flows, leads business process re-engineering sessions, gathers and documents requirements, and collaborates with technical teams to convert requirements into actionable deliverables. The role manages project execution, oversees user acceptance testing, maintains project documentation, and updates policies and procedures. Additionally, this position may support application development, business intelligence, and data reporting for assigned projects or in coordination with other teams.
What you will do for Fay :
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
- Lead and contribute to team projects and initiatives including strategic planning efforts to ensure process handoffs, effective controls, and realization of project benefits.
- Communicate project scope, objectives, costs, and benefits to executive leadership and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to clarify goals and gather feedback.
- Perform data and process analysis for ongoing and ad-hoc needs, tracking work progress and statuses in JIRA Azure DevOps.
- Act as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks proposing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support testing and quality assurance by validating that solutions meet business requirements and provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Develop domain knowledge of Fay's business to include an understanding of organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Fay's policies, processes, and practices. Successfully completed all department and company-required training.
- Model Fay's Values, Operating Principles, ethical standards, professionalism, and code of conduct.
- Demonstrate behaviors that align with Fay's Values and Operating Principles
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
