We are currently looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our team.
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for the development and execution of the Fay Group and affiliate companies’ marketing strategies with the objective of driving incremental revenue, profitable growth, and sustained customer satisfaction (across multi-segment client and customer base).
The role oversees lead generation and management, customer acquisition, market research, product support, advertising campaigns, content generation, and thought leadership across relevant channels (branch, phone, mail, email, online, social media, etc.). The CMO drives the development and delivery of messaging, branding, digital presence, and product distribution.
Overall, the CMO is accountable for marketing activities targeting individual consumers (homeowners, real estate agents) and will partner with business leaders on business development and corporate strategy targeting institutional clients and investors.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in Marketing including directing and managing market research, segmentation, campaign modeling, and execution, analytics
- 10 years’ experience in product development, pricing, branding, and related communications
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the effective use of direct mail, email, search engine optimization, AI, paid placement,and social media to reach target audiences and customer base
- Knowledge of best practices and regulations for sales and marketing activities within the mortgage and real estate industry
- Prior experience managing strategic vendors such as lead providers, creative agencies, and public relations firms
- 5 years’ experience managing people and leading teams to include direct, indirect, and offshore resources
- Demonstrated ability to identify, aggregate, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities and propose solutions; ability to establish measures of success to quantify outcomes for campaigns and initiatives
- Strong project management experience, leading cross-functionally at an enterprise level
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; self-sufficiency from an administrative perspective
- Strategic leadership with proven ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at C-Suite level
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization to influence and drive required results
- Collaborative and consultative work style; demonstrated investment in the success of the broader team and organization
- Effective management skills include talent selection, training, coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility; coupled with recognizing and supporting the organization’s culture, values,and priorities
- Able to manage and lead change
- Client-focused with strong execution skills and results orientation; able to link to business needs with tactical execution and timely results
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities coupled with strong analytical skills and sound judgment

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $250,000.00-$275,000.00 annually
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus between 30%-40%
