Reporting to the VP, Wholesale Sales Manager, this position provides administrative and operational support to the wholesale sales team. This role assists the team with managing loan pipelines, tracking and organizing loan documentation, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure efficient loan processing and closing.
This role facilitates seamless communication and coordination with brokers, account executives, and internal stakeholders to maintain a streamlined workflow while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. This position supports account executives with broker onboarding, scheduling meetings, coordinating promotional events, and other client-related activities.
What you will do for Constructive Loans:
- Assist the wholesale team in managing loan pipelines to ensure timely and accurate loan submission and processing
- Coordinate communication between brokers, underwriters, and internal departments to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Organize and maintain loan documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the onboarding of new broker accounts by verifying documentation and facilitating training on departmental policies and procedures
- Prepare and distribute sales performance reports to track team metrics and help identify improvement opportunities
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, processing application,s and document retention
- Respond to broker and client inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and efficient resolutions
- Assist with planning and coordinating team meetings, training,g and promotional events
- Participate in team projects and initiatives, including managing the broker portal
- Develop domain knowledge of Fay’s business to include an understanding of organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with Fay’s policies, processes, and practices. Successfully complete all department and company-required training
- Model Fay’s Values, Operating Principles, ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What you will bring to Constructive Loans:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 years’ experience in sales support preferred
- 1 years’ experience in a customer-facing role in the financial or lending industry preferred
- 1 years’ experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or in a processing role preferred
- Current book of business in DSCR/ fix-and-flip is strongly preferred
- Prior experience with a Loan Originations System (LOS) preferred
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
