Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
- Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed.
- Perform airway management and assist with emergency procedures as needed.
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on best practices in critical care nursing.
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to critical care settings.
- Experience in senior care or travel nursing is a plus.
- Knowledge of airway management techniques and emergency response protocols.
- Familiarity with ER protocols and procedures is advantageous.
